 We all got it…stress, stress and more stress. Stress can be a leading cause of diminished sexual desire. It can lower testosterone, which is responsible for sex drive. It can also release a chemical reaction in the body, restricting blood flow and thus making arousal and orgasm sometimes difficult.
If you’re like most people, your workload will not be letting up any time soon. So what can you do?
Start doing things that make you feel better both mentally and physically. Have friends over more often. Listen to music. Get a massage and get one often. Try Biofreeze (a soothing product used by massage therapists) on your shoulder and neck.
We all love it but caffeine isn’t good for stress. And stay away from all the depressing news on TV. Watch George Lopez or something funny prior to hitting the sheets.

If you’re feeling stressed out take time to unwind and enjoy your sexual desires.

 Two months ago, my brother told me he’s gay. I am stunned. He always hung with a bunch of guys but had a number of girlfriends in the past. His relationships lasted for months and sometimes a year. I never thought my brother was anything but heterosexual.
Last week I met his “friend” and it made me sick. It was very hard for me to be around them. I still love my brother but I feel a great loss. I don’t think I’ll ever support or accept his new lifestyle. Our parents would be devastated if they knew. They have strong religious beliefs and strongly oppose gay and bisexual relationships.
I’m married with several kids. My wife opposes gay relationships but she says I need to accept my brother’s wishes and maintain the same a relationship with him. I feel like I’ve lost the one sibling I have. We were always very close, hung out a lot and confided with each other…just like brothers do. I can’t do that anymore.
We’ll be visiting our parents for Mother’s Day and my brother wants to bring his gay friend. No way in hell should he bring him and ruin Mom’s special day.
If he wants to live like that…that’s his life. I think he should keep it private. Why destroy my parents lives? They’re elderly, love their children and grandchildren, so what’s the point of telling them or bringing his “friend” to family gatherings? He needs to stay away.

Fake Ring
My boyfriend took me to an Irish club on April Fools Day. We closed the place down. When he took me home he was rather nervous and excited. He pulled out a box and asked me to open it. It was a ring! He then asked me if I would marry him. I was so surprised! I immediately said “yes, of course.: After he left, I called my mom, my sisters and my best friends. I was so excited.
The next morning we met for a late breakfast. I told him I had called my family and friends to give the good news and he immediately became very quiet and uneasy. He then told me that his friends bet him $100 he wouldn’t pull an April Fools prank on me. The ring was fake and the proposal..well it wasn’t for real. I was livid…felt like the biggest fool in the world. I got my purse, stormed out of the restaurant and told him where to go. For weeks after, he would text me, leave messages on my phone and post comments on myspace. He was begging me to accept his apology. I finally took my friends advice and called him. That was 6 years ago…and today we are happily married with a beautiful baby. Humor continues to be a big part of our relationship…it keeps the sparkle in our lives. — Christina
Fishing Date?
I took my girlfriend to the Island for April Fools Day. I told her we were going to spend the evening fishing on the bay. She hated to fish so she whined a lot, saying she would rather do something else. When we arrived on the Island she wanted to go home. I blindfolded her and told her I had a secret fishing spot just for her. All she did was complain. Before long we were at our destination. When she opened her eyes she could not believe it as people shouted April Fools Day. We were on a chartered boat with 12 of our best friends celebrating her 30th birthday. She was speechless. Since then she has never complained about going fishing and every year on her birthday we try to go on the charter boat. April Fools Day is a day we will never forget…an evening filled with laughter, fun and romance. — Tony
Stolen Car
On New Years Day I decided to pull a joke on my boyfriend. He was in Dallas visiting family and I was home. When he called I told him I had received a ticket for DWI on New Years Eve. That an officer pulled me over, made me take the breathalizer test and then gave me a ticket. I even had my sister collaborate on the joke. When he came home, the joke continued. Two weeks later I received a call from an attorney friend that my boyfriend had contacted. It was then that I had to confess that it was all a joke.
Well he was furious. “Wait till April Fools Day” he kept saying. Well he sure pulled a good one. He came to my office and moved my car in another associates parking place. He then asked my fellow associate to go to lunch with me. When we left for lunch I noticed my car was missing. I immediately went inside the office and said “my car has been ripped off.” Various associates began calling the police department, U.S. & Mexico bridges, etc….alerts were everywhere. Nobody wanted my car to cross into Mexico. After 10 minutes, my lunch partner looked at me and said “isn’t revenge sweet.” I was pissed. How could I be so gullible…that same morning my boyfriend told me I better watch out. I was definitely the fool. And you know he even went to the police department the day before to let them know if they received a call about the missing car…it was just a joke.
We’ve now been married for more than 1o years, and to this day we still laugh about the prank. — Jennifer

 OK it’s been almost a month and I’m still pissed. My husband did not get me anything for Valentine’s Day. No flowers, no gift, NOTHING, nada. He didn’t even take me out to dinner because he says the restaurants are too busy and he doesn’t like it that they only serve certain meals. He use to give me flowers and cards when we were dating. But since we’ve been married (5 years) the flowers, cards and holiday celebrations ceased. We hardly even ever go out.
I’m hurt and upset. He says he doesn’t understand why I’m still pissed. A simple Valentine’s card or little gift would have been nice. He didn’t even take the time to show he cares. Bet you would be pissed too. Why are some men so heartless?

 My best friend admitted that she is Sexting. Honestly, I didn’t know what the heck she was talking about. (Bet UR wondering too? Sexting is a word that has been coined to describe the practice of sending sexually provocative text or pics via cell phones.) Yes that’s right.
My friend was over my apartment a couple of weeks ago and flipped out her iPhone. OMG! She is taking nude pics of herself and sending them on her cell phone. I can not believe what I saw! She says she’s tired of the clubs (never meets any decent guys) and wants to experience a new way to “date or hook up” with guys.
My gf and I have known each other since 3rd grade. Her behavior is causing a big rift in our friendship. She says I need to lay off and let her live her life to the fullest. That it’s no big deal what she’s doing.
As she stormed out of my place last night, she stated, “at least I’m getting dates…you’re always alone.” That pissed me off. I’d rather be alone than sending raunchy messages and pics to people that I barely know. And what about possible serious negative consequences? I can’t believe her “new life” is breaking up our 20+ year friendship. What should I do?
 Sexting is a relatively new trend in flirting. It’s the act of sending nude or semi-nude photographs via cell-phone text messaging — and it’s sweeping the nation. These virtual relationships can leave to other “activities.” And it’s not just adults, teens are doing it too.
Your gf seems to believe that sexting is exciting and fun. She’s able to virtually fool around without facing the consequences of an actual affair.
I understand where ur coming from. Your gf is living for the moment. Her compromising images could turn up when a college or a potential employer conducts a routine background check online. OMG…just imagine what they would see? And what legal issues may arise if her sexting lands in the hands of a minor?
Your bf is of legal-age and there isn’t much that you can do about her behavior but she should be really careful. BF are always there for each other. You may have to just ride out the storm.

 Eric and I have been dating for 4 months. We’ve hung out together a lot, always having a great time. We text each other often throughout the day, since both of our employers frown on personal phone calls. We spent many evenings together at the beach, movies, clubs and friends’ places. We are physically and socially very attracted to each other.
Today, after having lunch we engaged in a long hot passionate kiss. Neither one of us wanted to go back to work but we had to.
ONE HOUR LATER he text me saying it’s all over. I sent a text and called him right away but he did not answer. By this evening I’ve sent him several texts, emails and have left messages on his phone. I’ve gone by his place but he’s not there.
I don’t understand. At lunch he showed no signs of breaking up. Out of nowhere he dumps me via a TEXT MESSAGE! I don’t know what to do. If he wanted to break up, why was he so affectionate at lunch? Why couldn’t he be a man and tell me in person? Or at least call me… but text me. Texting…it’s a mean, heartless, cowardly way of splitting up. - Jessica
 Some lovers are turning to text message to say it’s over. While hiding behind technology might appear a cowardly way of splitting up, some guys simply drop all communication with their lovers without notice.
Most of us send emails and texts everyday, so it comes as no surprise they are now being used to ditch someone — however distasteful it may be. Obviously, this guy doesn’t deserve you…so go out and find someone new.
